For your safety and well-being whilst participating in the activities offered by Mantaray Charters & Whitsunday Dive Adventures, the current Australian and Queensland legislations will be considered, observed & obeyed. E.g. at any water activities there is a medical questionnaire mandatory for each guest; thereby a doctor’s medical statement could be necessary to participate water activities. In the interest of our passenger’s safety and comfort, destinations may vary due to weather or other conditions beyond the control of Mantaray Charters. Departure and return times may vary depending on conditions beyond our control, so no guarantee is offered or implied. Mantaray Charters reserves the right to cancel on the day or change the itinerary in the event of strong winds, mechanical problems or other unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will apply in the event of a cancellation by Mantaray Charters. Cancellations by passengers within 24hrs of departure will incur a 100% charge of any part of the booking. Mantaray Charters does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. Travel insurance is recommended. Marine and National Park Fees are included in the advertised price.
